As of version 1.1 onArcade comes with Google sitemap (there is a modification for onArcade 1.0 here). Sitemap list all games and categories, that way Google can find them more easily.

Sitemap is located at www.yoursite.com/sitemap.php (e.g. www.onarcade.net/sitemap.php). Sitemap has to be submitted to http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemap/, so Google could index it.
